What's the course about?

Our brand new Mood Workout 6 week group consists of a 45 minute exercise session suitable for all abilities and accessible for all, sessions will vary and range from Box and Tone to Zumba to Circuit to keep things interesting: followed by 30 minutes of Well-being tools and advice to support keeping your mind as well as your body fit!

Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise including trainers and bring water along.

We suggest a wellbeing chat with one of our therapists before you begin the course. This is to ensure the course is the best thing for you, it will be either a half an hour telephone appointment or a one-to-one session. In this time we'll register you on our system by taking some details from you and you can discuss confidentially and in a safe space what the course can do for you.
