What's the course about?

Regular exercise is vital for keeping you active for as long as possible. SeatFit is a gentle chair-based exercise to music class combining low intensity CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to target symptoms of low mood and depression, for men and women.

Suitable for people with reduced mobility and great for improving posture, strength and flexibility. This group is ideal for those with long term physical health conditions and are a great way to improve your overall fitness and mental wellbeing whilst getting you out and about meeting new people.
