Our groups are currently being offered in-centre (Burnley, Accrington, Blackpool) and virtually (via Zoom) or a mixture of the two!

With your health conditions, improve the quality of your life and understand the impact that your physical health has on your well-being. We can’t change your diagnosis but we can help you to start making some positive changes and feel better ( includes diagnosed long term health conditions, long and post covid19)

Build on your new found resilience, confidence. Improves communication skills, problem solving and further goalsetting ( includes money and energy saving tips )

Help with CVs, job applications and interview techniques

Our flexible MINDFIT PODS (pre-recorded YouTube videos) for those who might struggle to attend a group at a set time.
