Mindfit
Therapeutic Group for women

MindFit is a 6-week course that helps participants manage stress, anxiety, learn self-compassion and guides participants onto a journey of self-discovery, to become the best version of themselves. MindFit participants say this course has helped them reduce stress and anxiety by increasing inner balance, self-security and feeling happier. By using the tools and strategies provided by MindFit, participants have demonstrated balance in their thoughts and emotions, which has led to both increased self-worth and becoming more resilient when faced with life’s challenges.

Creative Journalling

This six-week course will take you on a journey of exploration, creativity, and self-care. Using a range of art materials, words, and journal prompts, you will discover the joy of expressing yourself creatively. Have fun and be playful, experiment with new creative methods and see the positive effects that creative journaling can have on your wellbeing. An art journal, creative materials and journal prompts will be provided. Just bring you.

Eyes Wide Open
Group for women

This programme is designed to support women to identify abusive behaviours and the impact that these behaviours have on their lives. It teaches women that abuse is intentional and ingrained in the belief system of the perpetrator. It explores the different tactics used and what the perpetrator intends to achieve from using these tactics. The programme looks at the values and beliefs of society, the perpetrator and women, it unpicks these views and supports women to challenge them.

Healing after Eyes Wide Open

Suitable for women who have left and are recovering from an abusive relationship. Freeing yourself from an abusive relationship is just the first step, but freeing yourself emotionally can take a lot longer. This course aims to help individuals understand the impact of experiencing domestic abuse. Help individuals move forward by tapping into their own strengths, resources, coping skills, and resilience.

Chronic Pain Toolbox

Learners will discover how their physical health and mental health are connected and be offered some strategies that should improve their quality of life in the future. The course does not offer medical advice with regards to their physical health but will concentrate on the mind/body connection by using CBT interventions that aim to help people who have long term conditions, pain management, Sleep & mindfulness, Low mood & self-compassion and resilience to help learners cope better whilst living with their Long Term Condition.

A 5 week programme. Understand negative through patterns, make positive changes and build self-esteem.

Healthy Relationships
Group for women
Blackpool or Accrington
Within this 6-week programme, learners will identify positive and negative behaviours in relationships whilst establishing new ways to break down barriers. Communication styles will be explored, whilst looking at techniques to become more assertive within relationships. Learners will explore the importance of boundaries and determine ways they can set boundaries, to aid building and maintaining healthy relationships. Frustration and anger within relationships will be discussed by recognising triggers and acknowledging calming techniques. The impact lack of trust can have in a relationship will be looked at and positive ways to move forward will be discussed.

My Menopause Toolbox

Learners will discover how their physical health and mental health are connected and be offered some strategies that should improve their quality of life in the future.
‘The Menopause Toolbox’ aims to inform you of the changes that can happen throughout your menopause journey. We hope to arm you with techniques, strategies, and ideas you can work with in order to get through the menopause in the best possible way.
Within a safe, confidential space you can share with other women tips, ideas, advice and, overall enjoy spending time with like-minded people going through the same experience.
