Learners will discover how their physical health and mental health are connected and be offered some strategies that should improve their quality of life in the future.
‘The Menopause Toolbox’ aims to inform you of the changes that can happen throughout your menopause journey. We hope to arm you with techniques, strategies, and ideas you can work with in order to get through the menopause in the best possible way.
Within a safe, confidential space you can share with other women tips, ideas, advice and, overall enjoy spending time with like-minded people going through the same experience.

Learners will discover how their physical health and mental health are connected and be offered some strategies that should improve their quality of life in the future.
The course does not offer medical advice with regards to their physical health but will concentrate on the mind/body connection by using CBT interventions that aim to help people who have long term conditions, pain management, Sleep & mindfulness, Low mood & self-compassion and resilience to help learners cope better whilst living with their Long Term Condition.
