Due to the way we are funded, some of our groups have specific criteria and minimum numbers to be able to run. With this in mind we are trialling a new approach....

Take a look below and if there is a group that you are interested in. If so, please Register Your Interest by completing our Online Referral Form. A member of our team will contact you and if you both agree it's suitable we will add your name to that course list. As soon as we have enough numbers to run the course we will be in touch with a start date.

If a particular course is unavailable to you we will look to offer an alternative where possible.


CBT Mindfit pods

Therapeutic Group
8 pre-recorded Sessions & 2 zoom sessions
Available to women and men in East Lancashire


The overall aim of the CBT Mindfit pods is for you to start to know and like yourself; look at what you would like to change; start to make those changes; start to believe in yourself; identify your strengths and skills; doubt yourself less; build inner strength and learn techniques and strategies to help your overall well-being.

Mindfit Mums Pods

Available to mums during pregnancy, birth and up to your child being two years old


The group will look at aspects such as sleep, resilience and confidence and will provide Mums the opportunity to meet and connect with other Mums. Mindfit Mums content is specific for mums, including sleep, relaxing, self-care etc

My Menopause Toolbox

Learners will discover how their physical health and mental health are connected and be offered some strategies that should improve their quality of life in the future.

‘The Menopause Toolbox’ aims to inform you of the changes that can happen throughout your menopause journey. We hope to arm you with techniques, strategies, and ideas you can work with in order to get through the menopause in the best possible way.

Within a safe, confidential space you can share with other women tips, ideas, advice and, overall enjoy spending time with like-minded people going through the same experience.

Coffee and Crafts Blackpool

Peer Support Group
Mondays 1-2:30pm Thursdays 10am-11:30am at Blackpool Centre

The Coffee & Crafts Group is a casual and relaxed environment where women can socialise with others and have the craft element to focus on, which is hugely beneficial for relaxation and reduction in anxiety.

This is an informal group where clients and peer buddies influence what they would like to do. Some structure and themes can be involved in the crafting, for example International Women’s Day, Easter, Christmas. In previous groups guest speakers have been in on occasion to run specific themes such as cake decorating

Learners will discover how their physical health and mental health are connected and be offered some strategies that should improve their quality of life in the future.

The course does not offer medical advice with regards to their physical health but will concentrate on the mind/body connection by using CBT interventions that aim to help people who have long term conditions, pain management​, Sleep & mindfulness​, Low mood & self-compassion​ and resilience to help learners cope better whilst living with their Long Term Condition.
