MindFit is a 6 or 8-week group that helps you manage stress, anxiety, learn self-compassion and guides you onto a journey of self-discovery, to become the best version of yourself.

MindFit participants say this group has helped them reduce stress and anxiety by increasing inner balance, self-security and feeling happier. By using the tools and strategies provided by MindFit, participants have demonstrated balance in their thoughts and emotions, which has led to both increased self-worth and becoming more resilient when faced with life’s challenges.

Session 4: Different Perspectives
Session 5: Sleep Hygiene
Session 6: The Science of Happiness
Session 7: Communication
Session 8: Resilience & Self-Compassion

Each week, learners will receive a handout where they can fill out activity boxes and write down notes throughout the session.

Courses available in:  Blackpool Hub:  (for women who live in an FY postcode)
Accrington Hub:  (Open to men & women who are registered with a GP surgery under the NHS East Lancs ICG (check your GP surgery is eligible)
