Chronic Pain Toolbox

Learners will discover how their physical health and mental health are connected and be offered some strategies that should improve their quality of life in the future. The course does not offer medical advice with regards to their physical health but will concentrate on the mind/body connection via CBT & Long-Term Conditions (LTC), Pain management, Sleep & mindfulness, Low mood & self-compassion and resilience to help learners cope better whilst living with their LTC.
