Clinical Lead

Overview
The post holder will be responsible for the clinical leadership of Lancashire Womens’ Mental Health services ensuring therapeutic delivery is in compliance with quality and safety standards with strategic oversight for effective clinical supervision for staff. The role will have responsibility to improve and maintain clinical policies and practice guidelines for the organisation in adherence to required BACP accreditation and NICE guidelines.

Team Lead - Employment Support (SEA)

Overview
The Team Leader is key to the successful delivery of Employment Support at Lancashire Women. The post will involve supporting the front-line delivery staff in providing intensive sustained support to service users and ensuring compliance of all contractual requirements. (specifically, the EA in NHS Talking Therapies contract.) As a team leader, this individual will work closely with their team and the Programme
Manager to audit data and performance on an ongoing basis and ensure project related reports are produced and KPI’s achieved in accordance with the project requirements. Communication
and organisation skills are key to the successful fulfilment of this role along with a drive to ensure consistent engagement through marketing, networking, and referral generation.

Recovery Caseworker

Overview

Lancashire Women’s Justice and Safety team is currently expanding and developing their provision across the county, with a key focus on establishing links with recovery services across the county and improving female-specific pathways for our clients with substance misuse issues.

The overarching aim is to improve engagement and referrals into Recovery Services and develop a female-specific pathway for our clients involved in the Criminal Justice System.

These roles will enhance the work already being delivered within the Justice and Safety Team. The posts will involve partnership working with recovery services across Lancashire and within HMP Styal with some responsibility around reporting outcomes.
