Justice & Safety Team Lead

The Justice & Safety Team Lead is responsible for supporting and managing frontline staff to ensure effective day-to-day delivery of the programme. The role includes line management, monitoring performance against KPIs, data quality and reporting, managing workloads and complex cases, and ensuring contractual, safeguarding and health and safety requirements are met. The postholder will also work closely with the Programme Manager and external partners, helping to develop referral opportunities and maintain high-quality service delivery across Lancashire.
