Eyes Wide Open: A Safe Space for DV Support

Recognising and understanding abusive behaviours can be a difficult and emotional journey. That’s why we have Eyes Wide Open. This programme is specifically designed to support women in identifying these harmful behaviours and understanding their impact on their lives.

Our group aims to create a safe, warm environment where women can learn, share, and find the confidence to challenge the values and beliefs that often perpetuate abuse. Through this programme, you’ll gain clarity, build resilience, and receive the support you need to take control of your journey.
