This tailored support programme is designed to assist individuals in starting, staying, or succeeding in employment while managing their well-being.

How We’ll Support You

Personal Assessment

We take the time to understand your situation and determine your needs.

Goal-Based Planning

Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your physical, mental and social well-being, helping you return to and succeed in work.

Access to Local Support

We can connect you with local and community-based work and health support services that can provide further assistance.

Workplace Support

If needed, we can work with your employer (with your permission) to understand your needs and make necessary workplace adjustments.

WorkWell is here to support people who are:

This support is free and voluntary and will connect you to a Work and Health Coach / Mentor who will develop a tailored support plan for you, including the full range of available local support services and signposting.
