
Siobhan Collingwood
Lancashire Women is delighted to announce the appointment of Siobhan Collingwood as its new Chief Executive Officer, who will officially join the organisation on 23rd June 2025.
Siobhan brings with her a wealth of experience from across the public and voluntary sectors, with a strong track record in trauma-informed practice, inclusive leadership, and collaborative innovation. A powerful advocate for kindness and equity in public services, Siobhan is a former Headteacher of over 20 years who has gone onto hold key roles within the region including as Education Lead at Lancashire Violence Reduction Network. Her career has consistently centred around empowering communities and championing the voices of those with lived experience.
As the organisation enters its 40th year of empowering women across Lancashire, this leadership transition marks an exciting new chapter. Lancashire Women continues to offer vital services in mental health support, employment advice, money and debt guidance, and safe spaces for women to connect and grow. Over the past four decades, the charity has evolved into a cornerstone of support for thousands of women facing challenging circumstances.

Siobhan Collingwood expressed her excitement about taking on the role:
“It is an honour and a joy to be joining Lancashire Women as CEO. This is an amazing charity which has achieved so much in its first forty years, empowering women across Lancashire to find their voice and make positive life improving choices. I am looking forward to working with everybody involved, to honor the legacy of the previous CEO, Amanda, and all the fierce women who have made the charity what it is today – and to build towards the next forty years together.”
This milestone year will be marked by several major fundraising events, including a and bringing communities together in celebration and support of Lancashire Women’s impactful work.
