Amelia is Regional Director at Charity People, a B-Corp certified and employee-owned recruitment company specialising in the charity sector, where she also serves on the commercial board.
Her work focuses on supporting organisations to recruit senior leaders and fundraisers who not only bring strategic skill, but who also strengthen cultures of equity, diversity and inclusion.
Throughout her career, Amelia has championed ED&I-led recruitment, ensuring processes are fair, accessible and grounded in an understanding of lived experience. She works closely with boards to increase representation and to create environments where diverse voices have genuine influence and decision-making power.
