Red Rose Awards 2026

We are hugely honoured to be named finalists in TWO categories at the Red Rose Awards 2026.

Not‑for‑Profit Business Award

For 40 years, Lancashire Women has been tackling inequality and creating opportunities for women to transform their lives. Last year alone, we supported more than 6,000 women by delivering services that address mental health, financial hardship, employment challenges, and criminal justice involvement. This recognition reflects the life-changing impact our team delivers every day and the partnerships that make it possible

Commitment to Skills Award
Building skills is central to how we work at Lancashire Women. We collaborate with education partners and employers to strengthen the future health & social care workforce, co‑create training that matters and deliver programmes that strengthen communities. Within our own team, we invest in apprenticeships and continuous development to keep expertise at the forefront and create lasting impact.

Being recognised in these categories is a reflection of the dedication, compassion and expertise our teams bring to their work every day.

We had a fantastic time at the Red Rose Awards ceremony on 13 March. Being shortlisted and sitting in a room full of brilliant organisations doing such incredible work across our county was a real privilege.
